Hi, I’m glad you are here.

Through compassionate, collaborative work, we'll explore what's driving your cycles of pain and frustration, and create pathways toward peace and clarity. My approach is down-to-earth and customized to your needs. I welcome all ways that bring change and connection, including but not limited to Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Restoration Therapy, incorporating techniques of self-compassion, mindfulness, and somatic regulation. I have experience with marriage, parenting, family conflict, women's issues, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
